Job summary

Nestlé IT & Digital Americas in Arlington, VA, seeks a Senior Director, FRM for Commercial, to lead the IT & Digital partnership across Marketing and Sales for Nestlé USA. You will translate commercial strategy into a coherent, value-driving digital roadmap and ensure initiatives move the needle on growth, share, and consumer engagement.

This role drives Nestlé’s Enterprise Digital Transformation in the Americas, owning the execution of key commercial initiatives and shaping a unified Marketing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution required.
• 12+ years of progressive IT & Digital or Commercial experience.
• 5+ years of senior FRM/BRM experience with executive stakeholders in marketing and sales.
• 5+ years of direct leadership building cross-functional teams.
• 3+ years in product-based IT with Agile/SAFe delivery.
• 2+ years applying GenAI or AI in commercial use cases.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive unified Marketing + Sales digital roadmap aligned to Nestlé2030 and EDT strategy.
• Shape and prioritize demand across the commercial IT portfolio and resolve cross-functional priorities.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of commercial technology initiatives with measurable outcomes.
• Influence global product roadmaps and ecosystems to reflect market needs.
• Drive innovation through GenAI and connected commerce while aligning with governance.
• Manage commercial IT investments and optimize spend.
• Represent commercial priorities in enterprise governance forums.
• Lead and develop a unified Commercial FRM team.
