Job summary

Nestlé USA is seeking a Lead, Operations Finance & Compliance to provide leadership, governance, and financial oversight across operational finance activities. This role ensures strong internal controls, compliance, and cost management while driving business performance through data-driven insights and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Finance, Supply Chain Finance, Operations, Compliance, Financial Analysis, or related disciplines.
• Experience leading teams, projects, programs, or operational workstreams.
• Demonstrated ability to leverage analytics to improve performance and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and governance across operational finance activities, ensuring compliance and alignment with objectives.
• Lead and develop team members, establishing objectives and managing performance.
• Monitor and analyze operational and financial performance to identify risks and opportunities.
• Translate data into actionable insights to improve performance and controls.
• Establish and maintain governance processes and performance management.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to resolve issues and improve service delivery.
• Drive process improvement, standardization, automation, and reporting.
• Develop KPIs, scorecards, and reporting mechanisms for visibility into performance.
• Identify opportunities to improve working capital, reduce costs, and enhance value.
• Support strategic initiatives through project leadership and stakeholder engagement.
• Promote continuous improvement and accountability across the organization.
