Job summary

Travero, a logistics solutions company under Alliant Energy, is seeking a Senior Freight Solutions Consultant to drive new business and grow accounts in a non-asset-based brokerage model. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, while partnering with operations to ensure service execution aligns with client expectations.

Ideal candidates have 2–5+ years of freight brokerage sales experience, excellent relationship-building and CRM skills, and a track record of meeting

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of sales experience, preferably in freight brokerage, logistics, or transportation.
• Proven track record of generating new business and meeting sales targets.
• Strong outbound prospecting and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and opportunities simultaneously.
• Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce).

Responsibilities

• Identify, target, and pursue new customers within designated industry verticals and geographic markets.
• Generate qualified sales opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, referrals, and industry engagement.
• Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities to achieve margin and revenue goals.
• Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, qualification, proposal development, negotiation, and closing.
• Collaborate with operations to ensure feasibility and successful implementation of solutions.
