Job summary

Freightbull Logistics is a rapidly growing asset-backed freight broker and carrier based in the U.S., Canada, and Mexico. We seek a hunter to build a book by leveraging existing lanes, owning the sales motion end-to-end, and reporting to sales leadership with a track record of producing results.

Hybrid role based in Chicago's River North, travel 5-15%. Base pay $90k-$120k with uncapped commission; on-target earnings $150k-$195k, plus health benefits and PTO.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience in logistics, freight or 3PL.
• Proven ability to build a book from cold and manage mid-market to enterprise shippers.
• Deep understanding of how loads move and how pricing works.

Responsibilities

• Prospect shippers across food & beverage, automotive, retail and more.
• Handle end-to-end sales: qualify, quote, close, and convert loads to recurring lanes.
• Build relationships with logistics, procurement, and supply chain leaders.
• Collaborate with operations, pricing, carrier sales, and asset teams.
• Own pipeline and meet targets.
