Job summary

Niwota Solutions in the United States is seeking an experienced freight forwarding sales professional to grow the book of business across the U.S. This role offers remote or hybrid work and an opportunity for uncapped commissions.

You will develop new opportunities for international ocean and air freight, build long-term relationships with importers, exporters, manufacturers, distributors, retailers, and other supply chain customers, and tailor logistics solutions with our pricing and operations

Qualifications

• Proven business development experience in freight forwarding or international logistics.
• Experience selling ocean/air freight and integrated logistics solutions.
• Strong network in import/export or transportation industries.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities for international ocean and air freight services.
• Build long-term relationships with importers, exporters, manufacturers, distributors, retailers, and other supply chain customers.
• Identify customer needs and design customized logistics solutions.
• Prepare competitive proposals and negotiate service agreements.
• Collaborate with Pricing, Product Management, Operations, and Customer Success teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and forecast opportunities.
• Stay informed of market trends and industry changes.
• Consistently achieve or exceed sales goals.
