Job summary

Circle Logistics seeks a seasoned freight broker to execute a high-velocity go-to-market strategy from day one, activating your network to build a robust shipper and carrier pipeline and move 100–150 loads monthly.

You will own rate negotiations, carrier contracts, and new-account acquisition, using TMS, load boards, CRM, and MS Office to analyze performance and close deals with independence and urgency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct freight brokerage experience with independent closing ability.
• Active network of shippers and carriers you can mobilize from day one.
• Proven track record of acquiring 2–6 new shipper accounts monthly.
• Expertise in freight rate negotiation and contract development.
• Deep knowledge of freight market dynamics and lane economics.
• Proficiency with TMS, load boards, CRM, and MS Office.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Entrepreneurial and self-directed with ability to drive revenue.

Responsibilities

• Execute your go-to-market strategy from day one—activate your network to build momentum and a robust pipeline.
• Drive account growth by securing 2–6 new shipper accounts in your first month and expand existing relationships.
• Scale accounts to move 100–150 loads monthly within 60 days with load/capacity optimization.
• Develop and execute freight brokerage strategies leveraging market insights to make rapid decisions.
• Craft rate proposals and negotiate terms to protect margins and build partnerships.
• Collaborate with operations, dispatch, and compliance from day one for flawless load execution.
• Lead freight rate negotiations and carrier contracts with immediate decision-making authority.
• Drive continuous improvement by analyzing KPIs and revenue outcomes within 90 days.
