Circle Logistics is seeking a seasoned freight broker to drive new business from day one. You will activate your network to establish momentum and build a robust pipeline of shipper and carrier partnerships, with the authority to close strategic accounts quickly.

You will scale loads, negotiate competitive rates, and collaborate with operations, dispatch, and compliance to ensure flawless execution, on-time delivery, and enduring customer relationships that strengthen market position.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct freight brokerage experience
• Established, active professional network of shippers and carriers
• Track record of acquiring 2-6 shipper accounts monthly
• Expertise in freight rate negotiation and carrier contracts
• Knowledge of freight market dynamics and lane economics
• Proficiency with TMS, load boards, CRM, and Office Suite
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Entrepreneurial, self-directed mindset

Responsibilities

• Activate your network to build a pipeline of shipper and carrier partnerships
• Secure 2 to 6 new shipper accounts in your first month
• Move 100 to 150 monthly loads within 60 days with oversight of capacity
• Develop freight brokerage strategies using market insights and demand patterns
• Craft rate proposals and negotiate terms to protect margins
• Collaborate with operations, dispatch, and compliance from day one
• Lead freight rate negotiations and carrier contracts with authority
• Analyze KPIs and demonstrate impact within 90 days
