Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct freight brokerage experience with shipper/carrier partnerships
• Active professional network to generate new pipeline from day one
• Proven track record of acquiring 2–6 new shipper accounts monthly with independent decision-making
• Expertise in freight rate negotiation, load pricing, and carrier contract development
• Deep knowledge of freight market dynamics, carrier capacity trends, lane economics
• Proficiency with TMS, CRM, and MS Office; strong analytics
