Circle Logistics is seeking an experienced freight broker to drive new business and expand carrier/shipper partnerships from day one. You will activate your network and build a robust pipeline while delivering industry-leading transportation solutions.

In this role you will negotiate rates, manage accounts, and work cross-functionally with operations and compliance to ensure on-time load execution and exceptional service. A strong network and proven closing track record are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct freight brokerage experience.
• Active professional network of shippers and carriers.
• Proven track record closing 2-6 new shipper accounts monthly.
• Expertise in freight rate negotiation and pricing.
• Knowledge of freight market dynamics and lane economics.
• Proficient with TMS, load boards, CRM, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Execute go-to-market strategy to build a shipper and carrier pipeline.
• Drive account growth by acquiring 2-6 new shipper accounts in month one.
• Scale monthly loads to 100-150 within 60 days.
• Develop and execute freight brokerage strategies using market insights.
• Craft rate proposals and negotiate terms to protect margins.
• Collaborate with operations, dispatch, and compliance from day one.
• Lead rate negotiations and carrier contracts with immediate authority.
• Analyze KPIs to inform rapid strategic decisions.
