Qualifications

• 3+ years in freight brokerage sales, cradle-to-grave.
• Experience selling on value over price.
• Knowledge of FTL, LTL, and related modes.

Responsibilities

• Hunt and close mid-market shipper accounts.
• Own cradle-to-grave cycle from prospect to grow.
• Follow a CRM-driven, structured sales process.
• Engage directly with VPs and managers.
• Protect margin by managing pre-booking and carrier usage.
• Maintain high daily sales activity and pipeline coverage.
• Meet prospects in person to move deals forward.
• Build and lead your own team as book grows.
