Job summary

FiveBy is a fully remote, Seattle-based security consultancy seeking a Practice Lead to own performance, health, and growth of its fraud and trust and safety portfolio. You will guide executive client confidence, delivery quality, and senior team leadership across major technology clients.

The role requires deep fraud expertise, strong people management, and the ability to shape solutions and renewals with clients.

Qualifications

• Fifteen+ years in fraud operations, risk, trust and safety, or related fields.
• At least four years in consulting/advisory roles with senior client responsibility.
• Proven leadership building or guiding a fraud program or practice.
• Deep knowledge of fraud programs, investigations, controls, and operational facets.

Responsibilities

• Lead senior delivery relationships and ensure client confidence across the portfolio.
• Set engagement strategy, capacity, and staffing in partnership with client leaders.
• Oversee scope, staffing, commitments, and renewal risk; address issues early.
• Provide strategic fraud frameworks and guidance to delivery teams.
