Citi in Irving, TX is seeking a Technical Program Manager to coordinate technology delivery for Fraud Technology initiatives. You will partner with engineering, product, platform, risk and compliance teams to drive planning, execution, and successful releases within a hybrid tech environment.

The role emphasizes strong organizational and communication skills, with measurement of milestones, risks, and dependencies, plus governance and ADRs where applicable.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
5-8 years of experience in technical program or project management within tech delivery.
Experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments.

Responsibilities

Coordinate technology delivery, governance, and cross-functional execution for fraud technology initiatives.
Track milestones, dependencies, and risks across multiple agile teams and environments.
Support release planning, operational readiness, and deployment coordination.
Provide program status updates for governance forums and leadership reviews.
