Job summary

Citi is seeking a Technical Program Group Manager for Fraud Technology to lead end-to-end planning and delivery of the global fraud prevention platforms. You will align distributed engineering, data science, and risk teams to build secure, scalable fraud detection systems.

The role requires strong technical fluency in modern architectures and experience in regulated environments. The position is hybrid in the United States and offers growth within Citi's technology organization.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related technical field; Master’s preferred.
10+ years in technical program management or related leadership roles.
Experience in payments, fintech, fraud prevention, or regulated tech environments.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end technology planning, execution, and delivery governance for enterprise fraud prevention initiatives.
Decompose complex architectural challenges into actionable roadmaps.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage dependencies across multiple squads.
Identify bottlenecks and align release readiness and cutover strategies for high-throughput systems.
Introduce AI-enabled tooling to streamline decision documentation and reporting.
Communicate program health and trade-offs to senior leaders.
