Job summary

Citigroup Inc. is seeking a Technical Program Group Manager for Fraud Technology to lead enterprise fraud prevention initiatives.

You will align distributed engineering, data science, and risk teams to deliver secure, scalable fraud detection systems that protect transactions at scale. The role requires extensive program leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and hands-on use of AI-enabled tooling to modernize planning, tracking, and reporting across Citi’s global technology programs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in technical program management or engineering leadership managing large-scale enterprise initiatives.
• Experience in payments/fintech/fraud prevention or regulated tech environments is preferred.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams, managing dependencies and vendor integrations in matrixed organizations.
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or hybrid delivery frameworks.
• PM certifications such as PMP/PMI-ACP/CSM/SAFe are required.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technology planning, execution, and delivery governance for Citi's enterprise fraud prevention initiatives.
• Decompose complex architectural and delivery challenges into structured roadmaps.
• Guide stakeholders and squads through trade-off evaluations balancing priorities, UX, platform strategy and maintainability.
• Identify and resolve cross-program dependencies and bottlenecks to keep large-scale programs on track.
• Define release readiness criteria and cutover strategies for high-throughput financial systems.
• Introduce AI-driven tooling to streamline decision documentation and executive reporting.
• Communicate program health and risks to senior leaders via executive briefings.
