Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking an Analyst to join the Consumer Fraud Risk Analytics & Intelligent Reporting team. You will develop analytical insights into fraud strategies, automate intelligent solutions, and ensure compliant reporting to leadership.

You will work with risk partners to anticipate new threats, communicate with senior stakeholders, and contribute to product and strategy development in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, strategy & analytics, or a related role.
• Strong SQL & SAS skills and experience with large datasets; ability to validate results and troubleshoot data issues.
• Experience building dashboards and recurring reporting and communicating insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated project management skills—manage timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder communications across multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Data interpretation: analyze large volumes of data to identify risk dynamics, trends and opportunities.
• Identify and develop risk indicators and metrics; enhance reporting to improve fraud detection.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to address business challenges.
• Communicate insights effectively to senior leadership; present findings clearly.
• Solve problems independently from start to finish.
• Support strategy and product development with risk managers and stakeholders.
