Responsibilities

• Manage and enhance fraud strategy to balance fraud mitigation with financial performance and customer experience.
• Monitor fraud trends and frictions to identify improvement opportunities.
• Leverage internal/external data and analytic tools to drive accurate fraud detection.
• Partner with product, technology, and operations to develop new capabilities and test before/after implementations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to apply best practices and ensure control/compliance.
• Stay updated on industry trends and adopt best practices.
• Communicate findings clearly with internal/external partners at various levels.
