Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking an Associate in Fraud Strategy to design and validate fraud strategies and capabilities. You will work closely with Product, Technology and Operations to analyze data, identify root causes, and implement data-driven solutions that balance risk, revenue and customer impact.

The role requires SAS/SQL/Python proficiency, strong communication and project management skills, and the ability to drive end-to-end capability development in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• MS degree with 2+ years of risk management/data analytics experience.
• Strong collaboration and partnership skills with internal and external partners.
• Ability to think strategically and develop roadmaps balancing short- and long-term solutions.
• Proficiency in SAS, SQL, Python and MS Office.
• Experience applying AI/ML to fraud detection or similar analytical problems.
• Excellent communication with senior leaders and stakeholders.
• Proven capability to drive process and capability development.
