Job summary

Ameriprise Financial seeks a Senior Manager, Franchise Recruiting & Engagement to drive advisor onboarding and growth across the territory.

You will partner with advisors to implement onboarding for Novice and Experienced AFAs, lead diversified sourcing for Franchise Staff and External hires, and guide candidates through the recruitment process while promoting engagement and retention.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 7+ years of relevant experience driving recruitment or related functions.
• Ability to work independently with high initiative while collaborating within a team.
• Demonstrated ability to drive change, achieve results, and hold others accountable.
• Strong strategic thinking to translate vision into execution.
• Exceptional relationship management and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of Ameriprise field organization, advisor role, business drivers and processes.
• Willingness to travel 10-20% and support remote/multiple offices.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual Advisor Business Planning to align advisor growth goals with territory resources.
• Create onboarding plans for Novice and Experienced AFAs and External hires, ensuring smooth transitions.
• Lead recruitment and career path efforts for Franchise Staff and AFAs, sourcing, interviewing, and guiding through hiring.
• Provide leadership to partners focused on driving organic growth and champion diversity and inclusion.
• Translate strategy into actionable initiatives and mentor Franchise Recruiting & Engagement colleagues.
