Job summary

Ameriprise Financial seeks a senior leader to drive the franchise advisor recruitment strategy and growth coaching programs. You will recruit experienced advisors, onboard them, and deploy resources to grow the franchisee network while ensuring compliance and client satisfaction.

You will work with cross-functional teams to execute strategic plans, monitor territory performance, and foster a collaborative culture that supports advisor success nationwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Experience leading advisor recruitment and growth initiatives.
• Strong leadership, influencing, and sales skills to motivate franchisee advisors.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement an advisor recruitment strategy for the territory.
• Lead advisor recruiting, onboarding, and growth coaching programs.
• Monitor territory results and adjust programs to drive franchisee success.
• Act as primary face of the channel, building culture and community for franchisee retention.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Compliance, Operations, Finance and other teams to meet goals.
