Purpose Brands, LLC is seeking a Franchise Business Consultant to join its Orangetheory team. This senior field leadership role oversees 100-150 studios across multiple states, driving revenue growth, profitability, and member retention.

The FBC partners with a Franchise Fitness Consultant to execute strategic initiatives and ensure strong franchisee performance. The role requires up to 65% travel within the territory and a remote home-office setup when not traveling, with the Mid-Atlantic

Formación

• 1-3 years Orangetheory Fitness studio or boutique fitness experience preferred.
• 1-3 years multi-unit leadership or franchise business consultant role or small business owner experience.
• Proven leadership experience in fitness environments.
• Strong analytical and business acumen.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills across stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Own business performance across assigned franchisees including revenue, profitability, intro acquisition, and retention.
• Lead annual and quarterly business planning with franchisees.
• Conduct P&L and KPI reviews to identify risks and opportunities.
• Coach franchisees on four-wall economics, labor optimization, utilization, and pricing strategies.
• Collaborate with Learning & Development teams to develop training programs addressing performance gaps and operational needs for franchisees.
• Act as liaison between franchisees and corporate to ensure effective communication flow.
• Guide studios through enterprise initiatives, pilots, promotions and system-wide rollouts.
• Review studio compliance, network certification and brand experience requirements.
• Drive adoption, accountability, and measurable outcomes.
