Purpose Brands, LLC seeks a Franchise Business Consultant to drive performance for Orangetheory studios across an extensive territory. The role partners with a Franchise Fitness Consultant to boost revenue, profitability and member retention while guiding franchisees through strategic initiatives.

Based in the Mid-Atlantic region with up to 65% travel, the FBC collaborates with corporate teams and supports a remote home office when not visiting studios.

Formación

• 1-3 years Orangetheory Fitness studio experience preferred.
• 1-3 years multi-unit leadership, franchise business consultant or small business owner experience.
• Proven leadership experience in fitness environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication with stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Own business performance across assigned franchisees including revenue, profitability, intro acquisition, and retention.
• Lead annual and quarterly business planning with franchisees.
• Conduct P&L and KPI reviews to identify risks and opportunities.
• Coach franchisees on four-wall economics, labor optimization, utilization, and pricing strategies.
• Collaborate with Learning & Development to address performance gaps and operational needs for Franchisees.
• Liaise between Franchisees and Corporate to ensure effective communication.
• Guide studios through enterprise initiatives, pilots, promotions and system-wide rollouts.
• Review studio compliance, network certification and brand experience requirements.
• Drive adoption, accountability, and measurable outcomes.
