Job summary

Purpose Brands, LLC, the parent company of Orangetheory Fitness, seeks a Franchise Business Consultant to lead performance across 100–150 studios. This senior role partners with a Franchise Fitness Consultant to drive revenue growth, profitability, member retention, and leadership capability while traveling up to 65% within the Mid-Atlantic region.

The FBC will work from a remote home office when not traveling, supporting franchisees across multiple states including Virginia, with a focus on

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years in Orangetheory Fitness or boutique fitness leadership.
• 2+ years multi-unit leadership or franchise consulting experience.
• Proven ability to lead business planning and drive revenue growth.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to review P&L and KPIs.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; Associate’s degree or equivalent acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Own business performance across assigned franchisees including revenue and profitability.
• Lead annual and quarterly business planning with franchisees.
• Conduct P&L and KPI reviews to identify risks and opportunities.
• Coach franchisees on four-wall economics, labor optimization, pricing strategies.
• Collaborate with Learning & Development to address performance gaps.
• Travel up to 65% to visit studios and support the field network.
