Qualifications

• 1-3 years Orangetheory Fitness studio or boutique fitness experience preferred.
• 1-3 years multi-unit leadership or franchise consulting experience.
• Strong business acumen and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own business performance across assigned franchisees including revenue and profitability.
• Lead annual and quarterly business planning with franchisees.
• Coach on four-wall economics, labor optimization, and pricing strategies.
• Travel up to 65% within the territory to studios.
