Job summary

Purpose Brands, LLC, the parent company of Orangetheory, Anytime Fitness, Waxing the City and The Bar Method, seeks a Franchise Business Consultant to drive performance across 100–150 studios. This senior role travels up to 65% within a multi-state territory and anchors work from a remote home office when not visiting studios.

You will partner with franchisees to optimize revenue, profitability, retention, and growth, while coaching on four‑wall economics and pricing strategies.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years Orangetheory Fitness studio or boutique fitness experience preferred
• 1–3 years multi-unit leadership or franchise business consultant experience
• Proven leadership experience in fitness environments
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Strong analytical and business acumen
• Excellent verbal and written communication

Responsibilities

• Own business performance across assigned franchisees including revenue, profitability, intro acquisition, and retention
• Lead annual and quarterly business planning with franchisees
• Conduct P&L and KPI reviews to identify risks and opportunities
• Coach franchisees on four-wall economics, labor optimization, utilization, and pricing strategies
• Collaborate with Learning & Development teams to address performance gaps and operational needs
• Act as liaison between Franchisees and Corporate for effective communication
• Guide studios through enterprise initiatives, pilots, promotions and system-wide rollouts
• Review studio compliance, network certification and brand experience requirements
• Drive adoption, accountability, and measurable outcomes
