Purpose Brands, LLC is seeking a Franchise Business Consultant to join the Orangetheory team. This senior role oversees a territory of 100–150 studios, driving revenue growth, profitability, and member retention while partnering with a Franchise Fitness Consultant.

The FBC travels up to 65% across states, works from a remote home office, and supports enterprise initiatives, promotions, and system-wide rollouts. Strong leadership and analytics are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in franchise or boutique fitness is preferred.
• Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 65% of the time.

Responsabilités

• Own business performance across assigned franchisees including revenue, profitability, and retention.
• Lead annual and quarterly business planning with franchisees.
• Conduct P&L and KPI reviews to identify risks and opportunities.
• Coach franchisees on four-wall economics, labor optimization, pricing strategies.
• Collaborate with Learning & Development to address performance gaps.
• Act as liaison between Franchisees and Corporate; ensure effective communication.
• Guide studios through enterprise initiatives, pilots and system rollouts.
• Review studio compliance, brand experience and network requirements.
• Drive adoption, accountability, and measurable outcomes.
