Job summary

The Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association (HBA) is seeking an experienced Fractional Sponsorship Sales Executive to accelerate revenue for our premier events and programs. You will open doors, build pipeline, and close opportunities using an established network.

NYC-based preferred, but national sponsorship networks welcomed; contract term immediate through March 2027 with potential extension. Monthly retainer plus commission structure, aligned with performance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of sponsorship sales or related experience.
• Proven ability to generate revenue through an established personal network.
• Existing relationships with sponsorship decision-makers and marketing leaders.
• Proven ability to originate and close opportunities without prospect lists.

Responsibilities

• Leverage existing network to generate new sponsorship opportunities.
• Develop and manage a pipeline of net-new sponsorship prospects.
• Secure sponsorship revenue for HBA's flagship programs and events.
• Represent HBA professionally in sponsor-facing conversations and meetings.
• Work with leadership to prioritize opportunities and advance high-potential prospects.
