Job summary

PHM, part of Publicis Groupe, is seeking a Manager of Events & Sponsorships in New York to lead planning and execution of HealthFront and sponsor programs. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and sponsors across the full lifecycle, from planning to post-event reporting, while ensuring brand standards and sustainability.

The role requires strong project management, attention to detail, and the ability to travel to NYC/Philadelphia as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in event planning, event operations, sponsorships, project management, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Support the VP in planning and execution of PHM HealthFront events and sponsorships.
• Develop and maintain timelines, trackers, and milestones across event workstreams.
• Coordinate deliverables, approvals, and deadlines across internal teams and external partners.
• Develop event plans, logistics, and onsite checklists.
• Manage site visits, logistics, vendors, and third-party suppliers.
• Identify challenges early and develop proactive solutions.
• Oversee sponsor relations, contracts, branding, and hospitality.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Creative/Design, Production, Finance, and Operations.
• Lead onsite registration, vendor coordination, and sponsor activations as needed.
• Travel within NYC and Philadelphia areas ~25% of the time.
