Job summary

CS Group USA is seeking an experienced FPGA Development Engineer with real-time embedded systems expertise to lead requirements, design and development of safety-critical airborne systems. You will guide DO-254 lifecycle activities, support certification and verification, and collaborate across systems, hardware, software, and verification teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or engineering degree in electrical/computer engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of FPGA, digital hardware, or embedded systems experience.
• Strong knowledge of VHDL, Verilog, SystemVerilog; Python scripting.
• Ability to lead cross-disciplinary teams and communicate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end FPGA development from concept to integration.
• Collaborate with systems, hardware, software, verification, and certification teams.
• Ensure safety-critical FPGA design complies with DO-254 and AC 20-152A.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
