RTX, Fort Wayne, IN, seeks an experienced Principal Electrical/Computer Engineer to lead verification for high-performance ASICs and FPGAs. Work will focus on advanced testbenches, signal processing tech, and information assurance within the Microelectronics Technology team.

The role emphasizes technical leadership, independent work, and collaboration across teams, onsite at Fort Wayne, with extensive exposure to SystemVerilog and RTL verification methodologies.

Qualifikationen

• Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience.
• Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date.
• U.S. citizenship required for security clearance eligibility.
• Experience developing and simulating RTL designs using VHDL/Verilog in FPGA/ASIC environments.
• At least 4+ years experience developing and simulating RTL designs using VHDL/Verilog.

Aufgaben

• Verify environment architecture and design using SystemVerilog with OVM/UVM.
• Create test plans, test cases, code coverage tracking, and functional coverage.
• Develop testbenches for RTL blocks using VHDL or SystemVerilog.
• Recommend tools and practices to improve ASIC/FPGA verification flow.
• Contribute to engineering estimates for new programs and lead verification teams.
