Servier is seeking a Senior Manager, FP&A Business Partner to lead budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning for the U.S. organization. You will partner with the leadership team to provide data-driven insights and ensure financial targets are met.

The role requires strong analytical capabilities, leadership in a global company, proficient in GAAP/IFRS, SAP, and BI tools, and a track record of delivering actionable financial analysis in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA/CPA preferred.
• 6+ years in finance; 3–5 years in FP&A leadership.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and IFRS; ERP systems experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead annual budgeting and multi-year strategic plans.
• Manage monthly/quarterly rolling forecasts; identify risks/opportunities.
• Oversee monthly financial reviews with deep-dive variance analysis.
• Partner with department heads and executives for data-driven insights.
• Develop and maintain executive dashboards and KPIs.
• Drive FP&A process improvements and data integrity.
• Support month-end close, intercompany processes, and controls.
