Bold is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to drive global forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning within our fast-paced Operations group. You will partner with senior management to build budgets, evaluate acquisitions, and track key performance metrics, adapting to evolving initiatives in a growth-minded environment.

You will manage annual, quarterly, and monthly forecasts, develop financial models, dashboards and KPIs, and present insights to executives to inform strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive finance experience.
• Build complex financial models and perform scenario analysis.
• Ability to present analyses to senior executives and partner across departments.

Responsabilités

• Craft and manage annual, quarterly and monthly budgets and forecasting models.
• Prepare reporting and analysis with dashboards and KPIs.
• Perform cost analysis; evaluate variances and deviations from forecasts.
• Develop financial models and metrics for performance measurement and senior management insights.
• Assess deviations from metric targets and provide insights to business and finance leaders.
• Develop executive presentation materials for reviews and decisions.
• Create communications to facilitate decision-making by senior management.
• Identify opportunities for automation of modeling and processes.
