Bold is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to lead budgets, forecasting, and strategic planning within our Operations group. You will partner with senior management to provide actionable insights and drive performance globally.

You will build complex financial models, deliver timely analyses, and support acquisitions while adapting to evolving business initiatives in a fast-paced environment. This role requires strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
• 6+ years of progressive finance experience.
• Experience building complex financial models and conducting scenario analysis.
• Ability to present analyses to senior executives and partner across departments.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Strong problem solving and strategic thinking to adapt forecasting needs.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, NetSuite and Google Workspace.
• Availability to collaborate during core PST hours.

Responsibilities

• Build annual, quarterly and monthly budgets and forecasting models.
• Prepare reports and dashboards showing key drivers and KPIs.
• Conduct cost analysis and investigate variances from forecasts.
• Develop financial models and metrics for senior management.
• Identify deviations from targets and provide actionable insights.
• Create materials for senior management reviews and presentations.
• Develop presentations that communicate analysis to support decisions.
• Identify opportunities to automate modeling and processes.
