Mark43 is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A in New York City to join the Finance team. You will partner with leaders to translate financial data into actionable insights, build robust forecasting models, and support budgeting and long-range planning.

Qualifications

• `3-5 years of FP&A or related finance experience`

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to understand performance and support strategic decision making.
• Build and maintain financial models to improve forecast accuracy and visibility into performance.
• Support monthly forecasting, annual budget, and long-range planning across functions.
• Collaborate with Accounting during month-end close to communicate drivers to leadership.
• Prepare executive-ready reporting translating financial data into insights.
• Identify opportunities to automate recurring reporting and improve planning processes.
• Contribute to board materials and leadership presentations.
