Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, or related experience with forecasting and modeling.
• Technology/SaaS and high-growth start-up or public company experience preferred.
• Undergrad degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics; MBA is a strong plus.
• Advanced knowledge of Google Sheets & Excel and basic SQL knowledge.
• Ability to integrate FP&A/accounting platforms using AI into core workflows for analytics.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication; cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop monthly, quarterly, annual, and long-term financial plans with accurate models.
• Create automated monthly reporting packages with KPIs, ratios, and dashboards.
• Lead performance reviews with leadership; analyze variance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Use AI to improve forecast accuracy and efficiency.
• Coordinate with management to gather inputs and provide performance analysis.
• Analyze project profitability, pricing, and ROI of new initiatives.
• Support monthly close and reporting with Accounting; ensure accuracy.
• Leverage AI to scale automated financial models and data visualization.
