Fellow is seeking a Financial Analyst to join our FP&A team in San Francisco. You will partner with the Director of FP&A to support annual budgeting, forecasting cycles, and board reporting.

You will analyze results, identify variances, and provide actionable insights to drive business performance. The role emphasizes building strong cross-functional relationships, leveraging AI and automation to improve processes, and delivering clear financial guidance across the organization.

Formación

• 3+ years of FP&A, financial analysis, or corporate finance experience.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Support annual budget planning and forecasting cycles.
• Lead forecast-versus-actual discussions with spend and channel owners.
• Deliver financial insights to drive business performance.
• Develop and maintain financial models, reports, and analyses.
