You will build driver-based models, define KPI framework, and provide actionable insights to leadership. This on-site role (3 days/week in Denver) offers exposure to planning cycles, pricing decisions, and board-ready analytics, with emphasis on scalable processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of progressive FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic finance experience, including direct ownership of a forecast.
• Experience in a SaaS, subscription, or recurring-revenue business, with ARR/MRR, churn, CAC, LTV, payback period, and pipeline coverage.
• Experience partnering cross-functionally with sales, marketing, or revenue operations.
• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets — driver-based modeling, scenario analysis, and large data manipulation.
• Demonstrated ability to build a model that is versioned, documented, and auditable.
• Strong written communication: explain variances succinctly to non-finance audiences.
• Able to work on-site 3 days/week in Denver.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the company metric set (ARR/MRR, NRR, churn, CAC, LTV, payback period, and pipeline coverage).
• Own revenue and go-to-market analytics, including pricing decisions and unit economics.
• Build driver-based models behind the plan for recurring revenue, hosting costs, and operating expenses.
• Run quarterly forecasts with immutable baselines and clear records of changes.
• Deliver budget vs actuals and variance commentary for leadership.
• Partner with accounting on close processes and board-ready schedules.
• Document models and ensure data integrity across revenue, cost of revenue, and opex.
