A2Z Sync is seeking a high-impact FP&A professional to design and own the AI-native revenue model, linking Go-To-Market strategy with robust forecasting. You will partner with sales and revenue operations, own KPI definitions, and drive insights for leadership decisions in a fast-growing SaaS environment.

This green-field role requires building scalable models, driving quarterly reforecasts, and delivering auditable documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of progressive FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic finance experience, including direct ownership of a forecast.
• Experience in a SaaS, subscription, or recurring-revenue business with ARR/MRR, bookings, NRR, churn, gross margin, CAC, LTV and payback period.
• Experience partnering cross-functionally with sales, marketing, or revenue operations.
• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets — driver-based modeling, scenario analysis, and large data manipulation.
• Demonstrated ability to build a model that is versioned, documented, and auditable.
• Strong written communication: explain a variance to non-finance colleagues in two sentences.
• Experience using automation in finance workflows and curiosity about applying AI tools to analysis.
• Comfort building in whitespace — define undefined problems and deliver a framework.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle competing priorities while working on-site in Denver.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain a driver-based revenue model including new customer ramp, go-live timing, expansion, contraction, and churn.
• Partner with revenue operations to ensure go-to-market targets and metrics are accurate.
• Model GTM economics: investments, pipeline conversion and channel ROIs.
• Build monthly plan-to-forecast-to-actual bridge with driver explanations.
• Prepare variance analyses and present validated numbers to leadership.
