Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years of FP&A or quantitative financial analysis in a high-growth tech/B2B SaaS environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets for financial modeling.
• Hands-on experience with Pigment and Claude AI for analytics and automation.
• Solid understanding of SaaS post-sales metrics (NRR, GRR, Churn, ARR).

Responsibilities

• Lead Financial Partnering with department heads on headcount management, budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
• Own retention and churn forecasting models in collaboration with Revenue Operations.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly management reporting with insights for senior leadership.
• Leverage Pigment as FP&A planning platform and Claude AI to accelerate data analysis and scenario modeling.
• Perform ad-hoc financial modeling to evaluate strategic business initiatives.
