Job summary

A2Z Sync in Denver is seeking a nimble FP&A professional to own revenue, forecasting, and KPI analytics for a fast-growing AI-native SaaS business.

You will define metrics, build driver-based models, and partner with sales, revenue operations, and leadership to shape pricing, hiring, and investment decisions. This is a green-field, high-impact role with visibility from month one and a mix of on-site collaboration and strategic analysis.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of progressive FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic finance experience.
• Experience in a SaaS, subscription, or recurring-revenue business.
• Strong command of ARR/MRR, churn, margins, CAC, LTV, and payback period.

Responsibilities

• Own revenue and GTM analytics development (modeling, ramp, expansion, churn).
• Build and maintain revenue bridge and forecast-to-actual analyses.
• Define KPI framework (ARR/MRR, NRR, churn, CAC, LTV, payback).
• Lead budgeting and quarterly reforecasts; scenario & sensitivity analyses.
• Model headcount and hosting costs; track opex vs budget.
• Provide reporting, variance analyses, and board-ready schedules.
