Job summary

A2Z Sync is building the operating system for U.S. automotive retail in Denver. This green-field FP&A role defines how we measure the business, builds revenue and GTM models, and partners with sales and RevOps to drive decisions from day one.

You will own KPI definitions, scenario analyses, and comprehensive board-ready reporting, shaping pricing, hiring, and investment decisions in a high-growth environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of progressive FP&A or strategic finance experience with direct forecast ownership.
• Experience in a SaaS, subscription, or recurring-revenue business with ARR/MRR, NRR, churn, CAC, LTV, payback, and pipeline.
• Experience partnering cross-functionally with sales, marketing, or revenue operations.
• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets — driver-based modeling, scenario analysis, and large data manipulation.
• Demonstrated ability to build a versioned, documented, and auditable model.
• Strong written communication: explain a variance succinctly to non-finance stakeholders.
• Experience automating finance workflows and applying AI tools.
• Comfort working in ambiguous problems with a structured framework.
• Strong organizational skills; manage competing priorities.
• On-site in Denver 3 days/week.

Responsibilities

• Define the revenue and GTM analytics framework and the KPI set.
• Build and maintain driver-based revenue models and forecasting.
• Collaborate with RevOps to align targets and metrics.
• Develop the monthly plan-to-forecast-to-actual bridge with rationale.
• Prepare variance analyses and leadership-ready narratives.
