Job summary

Coinbase, Inc. is seeking a high-ownership Product Manager for FP&A and adjacent finance workflows. The role spans budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and automation, with ownership across planning and platform improvements.

This L5 PM position requires partnering across Finance, Engineering, Business Systems, Data, and Functional Architecture. You will influence senior stakeholders and lead AI-enabled enhancements to finance operations at scale.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience on complex internal platforms or enterprise software.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and align technical and non-technical partners.
• Experience with finance systems, planning platforms, or enterprise workflows where data quality matters.
• Strong analytical orientation with metrics and data-driven roadmap decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including clear requirements and tradeoffs.
• Demonstrated ability to use AI tools responsibly in daily workflows and drive measurable improvements.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy, roadmap, and execution for FP&A surfaces and workflows across planning, reporting, and automation.
• Partner with Finance and EAA leadership to define the FP&A operating model and required investments.
• Improve budgeting, forecasting, headcount planning, and finance rhythms through better systems and UI/UX.
• Shape dashboards and variance analysis to deliver insights for finance and executives.
• Lead platform-level work to improve scalability, maintainability, and interoperability of FP&A systems.
• Prioritize AI and automation opportunities to reduce manual work and improve data quality.
• Translate ambiguous needs into measurable outcomes and sequenced delivery plans.
• Act as the product DRI across multiple teams with aligned priorities and timing.
