• 7+ years in product management with ownership of FP&A/Accounting/Planning domains.
• Proven ability to define 1–2 year roadmaps with minimal oversight.
• Experience with AI-driven or agentic products and enterprise SaaS/ERP ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Own the full product lifecycle for FP&A planning processes from discovery through delivery with a 1-year roadmap horizon.
• Serve as the domain expert for FP&A processes and technology platforms such as Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Partner with Engineering and business stakeholders to scope, prioritize, and align roadmaps.
• Define guardrails, escalation paths, and quality standards for Finance tech products.
• Lead platform governance including roadmap reviews, releases, and change management.
