Qualifications

• Significant presales consulting or finance experience focused on planning, forecasting, or analytics.
• Ability to engage and present to executive audiences (VP/C-level) in Finance.
• Hands-on experience with planning tools in FP&A, workforce, and operational planning.
• Strong narrative, storytelling, and high-energy demos.
• Commercial acumen with sales-cycle understanding and value-based selling.
• Interest in AI and analytics to augment planning and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Lead executive discovery with CFOs and finance leaders to map current planning processes and priorities.
• Design and deliver demos showing value across FP&A, workforce and operational planning.
• Tell value stories connecting outcomes to Workday planning and AI capabilities.
• Collaborate with Sales to shape opportunities, qualifications, and closing plans.
• Support RFP/RFI responses, workshops, and executive briefings.
• Travel up to 50% to engage with customers and partners.
