Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Sr. Manager Retail Operations to own end-to-end P&L for Retail Operations, partnering with Retail Ops and Finance.

You will lead consolidated planning, forecasting, and the five-year strategy, driving profitability through analytics and cross-functional collaboration. You will influence leadership with financial analyses, develop tools for field education, and guide expense and investment decisions.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of professional financial experience in a retail or consumer products organization
• Undergraduate degree in finance, business, or related field; MBA preferred but not required
• Advanced Excel and Access skills
• Ability to influence decision makers through financial analyses and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build teams, processes, and models that deliver results
• Knowledge of financial processes and internal controls

Responsibilities

• Consolidate plans and forecasts for Salon P&L, Retail Payroll P&L, and Growth & Development P&L
• Remove barriers to execution with consolidated architecture and task definition
• Support future state payroll funding model and planning tools
• Drive Salon P&L profitability by modeling and measuring profitability levers
• Develop tools and reporting to improve field financial education and focus leadership
• Develop five-year strategic financial plan and conduct variance analyses
• Prepare plan, forecast and monthly financial presentation decks with business partners
• Lead capital planning, approval and post mortem processes
