Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting/Economics or similar field.
• MBA or CPA strongly preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Accounting, FP&A or Corporate Finance at high-growth tech/VC-backed company.
• 3+ years in a people-management role with leadership skills.
• Proven financial modeling capabilities and strategic process improvement.
• Experience with NetSuite, Salesforce, Tableau or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Build, improve, and maintain complex financial models for revenue, ARR, CAC, and more.
• Monitor KPIs and report insights to leadership and board.
• Serve as strategic advisor to Go-to-Market with data-driven plans.
• Lead cross-functional FP&A, accounting, and revenue ops process improvements.
• Automate analyses and forecasts in BI tools for real-time reporting.
• Support high-impact strategic initiatives including M&A diligence.
