Job summary

Gerdau North America in Tampa, FL is seeking a Senior FP&A Manager to lead the development of the Strategic Plan, annual business plan, monthly forecasts, and financial analyses to drive sales and profit growth. You will manage the financial reporting and consolidation across multiple subsidiaries and support the VP of Finance with analytical insights.

The role requires building models, coordinating with business units, and guiding a three-person finance team.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting required; MBA/CPA preferred.
5–10 years of progressively responsible experience in Accounting, Finance and Strategic Planning, with 1–3 years FP&A experience.
Experience in financial planning and analysis processes including plan development, variance analysis, and management review.
Strategic/analytical thinking and strong communication with senior management.
Experience leading FP&A for large-scale multi-site manufacturing, ideally with billions in revenue.

Responsibilities

Develop the Strategic Plan and Annual Business Plan; manage monthly forecasting and financial analysis.
Coordinate financial reporting and consolidation across subsidiaries.
Provide financial support for corporate development, including modeling and due diligence.
Identify trends in sales and cost drivers; manage a finance staff of three.
Maintain knowledge of finance practices and prepare ad hoc analyses for management.
Support Strategy Formulation and competitive intelligence.
