Job summary

Gold Adam is seeking a Senior FP&A Manager to lead financial planning and analysis as the company expands in the U.S. You will build models, forecasts, and reporting to guide the CFO and exec team through pricing, margins, and inventory considerations.

You will also partner with leaders to drive budgeting, variance analysis, and KPI dashboards in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, or related experience.
• MBA, CPA, or CFA is preferred.
• Advanced financial modeling skills; experience with FP&A or BI tools is a plus.
• Experience with inventory or price-exposure business advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial models to support business planning and pricing decisions.
• Analyze impact of precious metals pricing on revenue, margins, and inventory.
• Prepare monthly variance analysis comparing actual results to budget and forecast.
• Develop and track KPIs and management dashboards.
• Partner with department leaders to understand drivers and support decision making.
• Support cash flow forecasting and working capital management.
• Collaborate with Controller and accounting to align planning with results.
• Evaluate and improve FP&A tools, processes, and reporting systems.
