Job summary

Gerdau is seeking a Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis in Tampa to lead the annual operating plan, rolling forecast, and consolidated financial reporting. You will supervise a small finance team, perform in-depth financial analysis, and support corporate development initiatives including due diligence and post-acquisition integration.

The role requires strong FP&A experience, strategic thinking, and the ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership.

Qualifications

• B.A. Finance/Accounting or Business Focus, MBA or CPA preferred.
• 5-10 years of progressively responsible experience in Accounting, Finance and Strategic Planning, with FP&A experience.
• Experience in financial planning, variance analysis and investments.
• Experience leading FP&A for large multi-site manufacturing orgs is a plus.
• Strong communication with senior management and strategic thinking.

Responsibilities

• Manage the development of the annual Financial Operating Plan and outlook model.
• Coordinate financial reporting and consolidation across subsidiaries.
• Provide financial support including modeling, due diligence and post-acquisition integration.
• Identify trends in sales and cost drivers; supervise a finance staff of three.
• Prepare ad hoc analyses for Management and executives.
• Support Strategy Formulation and market/competitor profiling.
