The Tampa Bay FP&A team at LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an FP&A Manager/Senior Financial Analyst to lead planning, modeling, and reporting. You will partner with operations, sales, and finance to deliver accurate forecasts and strategic insights.

Responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, dashboards, and executive-level reporting. This role suits data-driven professionals who excel in growth environments and communicating finance insights to non-finance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field is required.
• 4–10+ years of progressive finance or FP&A experience.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools preferred.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and business drivers.
• Ability to communicate financial insights clearly to non-finance stakeholders.
• Prior experience in growth-oriented environments preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead or support annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives and growth scenarios.
• Perform variance analysis and identify drivers affecting financial performance.
• Prepare and deliver monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc financial reporting.
• Partner with Accounting to ensure alignment between financial actuals and forecasts.
• Support executive- and board-level reporting with clear insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Sales, and other leaders.
• Build dashboards and reporting tools to enhance financial visibility.
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities impacting business performance.
• Support and improve FP&A processes to increase efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
