Job summary

Tarkett North America is seeking a Senior Manager, FP&A in Atlanta to steer the division's planning, forecasting, and reporting. You will translate financial data into actionable insights for the CFO and executive leadership.

This role partners with plant controllers, commercial teams, and product management to drive profitable growth, manage close cycles, and design predictive models. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of progressive finance experience, with FP&A in a senior analyst or manager role.
• Experience consolidating multi-segment or multi-BU P&Ls.
• Ability to influence across teams and communicate complex financial concepts.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end monthly close reporting and executive-level storytelling.
• Lead division-wide financial consolidations and monthly/weekly dashboards.
• Design and maintain rolling forecasts and multi-year scenarios.
• Partner with Sales, Operations, and Product to drive profitability.
• Develop FP&A tools and dashboards to improve reporting and analytics.
• Lead strategic finance projects and coordinate cross-functional workstreams.
